We ship worldwide. All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next working day. Next Day and Express shipping orders must be placed before 3pm UK time, if received after that time, these orders will be processed on the next working day.

  • UK Standard Shipping: £2.99, 3-5 working days
  • UK Next Day Delivery: £4.99, 3pm Monday-Thursday.
  • UK Saturday Delivery: £8.99, order by 2pm Friday
  • Northern Ireland: £4.99 Standard Shipping, 3-5 working days
  • Isle of Man: £4.99 Standard Shipping, 3-5 working days

Next Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery are available for UK Mainland addresses only.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • United States: £10.00, 3-7 working days, duties and taxes paid at checkout
  • Australia Standard: £10.99, 7-10 working days
  • Australia Express: £24.99, 3-5 working days
  • Ireland: £10.00 5-7 working days, duties and taxes paid at checkout
  • Europe: £10.00, FedEx, 1-5 working days
  • UAE: £10.00, 10-14 working days
  • Rest of World: £14.99, 3-5 working days

Canada and Africa are included under Rest of World shipping and will be sent via UPS.

Duties and taxes are not included for most international destinations outside the UK, United States, and Ireland.


PRE-ORDERS

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.
  • If your order includes multiple pre-order items, your order will ship on the latest pre-order dispatch date.
  • Any shipping method selected at checkout applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
  • If you would like to receive available items sooner, please contact info@sslabels.co.uk to arrange a split shipment. Additional postage charges will apply.
Returns

We accept returns of unworn items within 28 days of shipping.

We hope you love your pieces, however in the event you need to return something, please email info@sslabels.co.uk to start the return process.

Return Timeframes:

1- Email info@sslabels.co.uk within 14 days of receiving an item to notify us of a return and to start the return process

2-When notified of a return we will send you a return shipping address where the return items must be shipped within 7 working days.

3- Once you send your items, they will be reviewed to ensure they are unworn and not damaged. If your return is accepted we will issue you a full refund. If the return is not accepted the items will be shipped back to you.

4- We are not liable for return items lost in the post.
