When will I get my items once I place an order?
All orders are processed on the same day, provided the order is made before 5pm UK time. Orders placed after this time are automatically processed on the next business day. Once the order is processed, it is dispatched according to the shipping options you selected. If you have any urgency around an order please email us on info@sslabels.co.uk with your order number for further assistance. 

What’s the material used for your pieces. 
We use different materials or fabric which varies depending on the style, to know the material for the piece you are interested in, simply refer to the ‘materials’ under the product description. 

Do you ship worldwide
Yes, all our pieces can be shipped worldwide if you can provide a delivery address, we will ship to you!

How long does shipping take?
Our shipping timeframes are listed under our shipping policy. Typically we offer next day or standard shipping for domestic orders, next day shipping takes 1-2 business days, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping or standard shipping for our international customers. Express international shipping typically takes 3-5 business days or 5-10 business days for standard international shipping. 

Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes we can process refunds and exchanges. 

How can I choose the right size?
Our size chart under each product page gives details of our sizing as well as letting you know if the piece is true to size or whether you should size up or down depending on the fit you prefer. Are the  products exactly the same as shown?
Yes the products are the same, although there might be slight variations due to small colour changes on the screen.

Wash and care information.
All clothing will come with specific wash and care instructions on the label, please refer to this.
